Post by: danzigfan on 21 October 2011, 06:50:28
If my memory serves me ok, than 0335 code means my crankshaft sensor is going, right?

Sorry to bug again, fitted new original GM crank sensor yesterday.....this morning started poor miggy - eml came on showing two codes : 0335 crank sensor and 0340 cam sensor. Could it be cam sensor all the time? I'm a bit confused..... :'(

Cam sensors do cause other faults to be logged incorrectly, so quite possible.

So....it means I have a spare working crank sensor in the trunk I guess..... ???

I'm going to work now and hope it will handle 100 miles more. Is there maybe "how to" change cam sensor on 2.0 here? I hope it's easier than crank sensor

This is for the 2.2 but basically the same with the exception of the coilpack
