Post by: big mel on 25 October 2011, 17:58:43
Hi all. I am thinking of having my r/shocks changed the car has done 108.000mls.When i had a puncture fixed i noticed rusty coloured marks from the top but as far as i can see there is no oil leakage. Can someone on the forum recomend a good replacement. thanks in advance. big mel.

If you have access to 'trade club', GM ones from dealer are around £40 + VAT each.  Bilstein B4 are also a good replacement, definately stiffer IME, are slightly more (£120ish delivered, with VAT)

Trade Club access is £20 a year via Autobahnstormers.  Well worth the cost.
