Just round the corner from my sister, I've been in that B&Q more than once

I'm pretty close, and would be interested.
I think there are now quite a few people from Soton and the surrounding area now on here.

I almost feel I live in Southampton when I watch the BBC - we (just) get South Today local news, and watching that, life ends beyond Southampton's boundry  >:(

Oh it does. Low population density due south, west and north. North east starts to get busy.

But we don't mention Portsmouth round here. Even if you're from Fareham, "yer not from round yere".

Was the same in Plymouth if you came from Cornwall. Or Trowbridge if you came from anywhere that wasn't Trowbridge.

We're an odd lot.  :)

Shocked and stunned - watching the local weather, and they've mentioned 2 places within 50m of here - Aston Abbotts and Chalfont St Giles  :o.  Then proceeded to rattle on about the weather in the Solent  >:(
