Title: Clicking sound - what is it? (video)
Post by: danzigfan on 28 October 2011, 12:48:43: Hello again, when replacing cam sensor today I've found the source of a clicking sound coming from the engine since I bought my omega. I will paste a 20s long video taken today when I had all plastic belt protection away. It's a little metal part in the middle of the screen, moving few mm up and down when engine works. Can't move it if engine isn't running. What is it / for and can it ruin something? I will paste video in next post

does it click when hot or cold or both?
I think it's louder when engine is cold. Does it help?
