Franchise of a company called Fuel Doctor. Drain contaminated fuel at the side of the road when people have misfuelled :y

I hope so... Be nice to actually get some jobs done ::)
Had a nice day driving around Essex marketing today though... Chelmsford and Braintree are on the list for tomorrow :y :y
-
out of interest who are you marketing to? Petrol stations??
-
What do you do with the contaminated fuel?
If you drained a petrol tank mainly full of diesel, with a splash of petrol in it for instance, that would run fine in almost any diesel..... you could probably make a packet flogging it, to the right connections ;D
-
Sorry Paul, just seen this, been snooping around on another forum, with a shorter name..... :D :D
I do hope it all goes well and works out for you, good luck..... :y :y :y

The fuel is predominantly petrol ;)
It gets bought off me by a company from Manchester for a small reward ;)

I assume this is 'cleaned' in some way or other, but reused in whatever form?

Yep, I assume it's "cracked" again and re-sold. I don't get a huge amount for it but as long as it covers the storage costs I'm happy... Any extra's a bonus :y

I would guess "unfussy" engines wouldn't care too much about a predominately petrol fuel, after all you add oil to petrol for 2 strokes. Things like mopeds and generators, you could flog them fuel for a very reasonable fee :y :y . If you could determine the mix accurately you would know what you were selling, a nice little earner, 50P per litre to mopeds, cash of course ( greek economy !).

TBH, it's not worth the hassle. The franchisor is currently working with HSE, Environment Agency and another 3/4 agencies to standardise the industry in the interest of safety. We can be inspected at any time ;) plus I plan to be busy working :D

Agreed. Although I have seen a couple of Diesel in Petrol ;)
The new Toyota Aygo, iQ and the other similar cheap shopping trolleys have saved money on tooling and all have the same size filler neck though so see some of them (apparently) ;)
