Hi again guys.
Sorry it seems like I'm asking a lot of questions, just bad timing, car started doing this last night.
When it's running on gas, it's fine just pottering about but if you boot it it starts to cough and missfire and will keep missfiring until I flick it back to petrol, knock it into neutral and give it some revs. Most of the time it'll be fine again but other times it requires pulling over and turning the ignition off and on. I've had it on "My Naff Code Reader" when it's done this and there are codes for lean (or rich - can't remember) exhaust and cylinder 2 and 3 missfire. It had new spark plugs 1500 miles ago when the valve stem seals were done some I'm a bit stumped. It felt down on power too before it was coughing and spluttering. I'm not sure what else it could be. Possibly the coilpack? Car is on 150,000 miles but had a head rebuild with a new coil pack at 108,000.
Cheers
Mark

Get it back on a code reader, and see what Long Term Trims are doing.
If they are good, could be coil pack, but they tend to give 030x codes.
Reckon the LPG needs tweaking...

Cheers. I'll go warm it up then plug it in and record what it's doing. See what happens. Anything over 4000rpm it's not happy about. It's also quite sluggish in the mornings pulling away but this clears after a few minutes. Read this might be the MAF? Possibly related?

Sounds to me like the LPG isn't set up correctly any more. The setup does drift ;)
But check the trims first too :y :y

Right. The place that fitted the kit isn't too far away so it might be going back there. It's been on the car for a few years. It's a Prins VSI fully sequential gas system according to the receipt. Is anyone familiar with it?

Just been out for a drive in it and all was well, no great loss of power but it did seem to be holding back a bit. Going to Wales in it now and it's going to be parked up for a week so we will have to see how it behaves when I come back. I have put the jump leads in the boot, not wanting to tempt fate! Got an hour and a half cruise down the A55 so fingers crossed.

Update time!
Car was fine all the way down and back again including a few kickdown moments. Possibly fouled plugs and it's burnt off now? Odd. Anyway it's behaving so not complaining!
