Changing the belt, in the garage I have a brand new one. Bought some time ago, GM part number: 93181720.
Would this fit a 3.2?
Are all V6 aircon aux belts same size?
Thanks :y

A quick Google visit gave this http://www.ekmpowershop2.com/ekmps/shops/vauxworld/0193181720--drive-belt--alternator-belt---calibra-cavailer-omega-sintra-vectra---new-part-1388-p.asp (http://www.ekmpowershop2.com/ekmps/shops/vauxworld/0193181720--drive-belt--alternator-belt---calibra-cavailer-omega-sintra-vectra---new-part-1388-p.asp) so I'd say yes, it will fit. And, as far as I know they're all the same (V6 with air con)
And, to confirm http://www.rmeuropean.com/Part-Number/Belt-6PK-X-2020-Single-Belt-Drive-__93181720_CON_1FAEF62B.aspx (http://www.rmeuropean.com/Part-Number/Belt-6PK-X-2020-Single-Belt-Drive-__93181720_CON_1FAEF62B.aspx) gives the correct length (2020)

I think some very early V6s had a different pulley layout but chances are it'll be OK. Just try it. :y

Found this from a forum... :D

PS. It seems to me that both the belts that dbug has mentioned have had the last digit added to by 1 in the EPC that I've shown, Very odd :-?.

any tips for getting it on? tensioner pushed back as far as it would go, sooo close to getting on but cannot get it over top of the lip tensioner :'(
dab of grease on tensioner lip & belt?
-
Just a thought, warm belt in hot water? soften it? :-\
Its so close to going on.
-
DONT put grease on the belt or tensioner pulley !! - belt will slip and squeal like a pig.Put it over the water pump pulley last.No lip on that pulley. :y

Albs you star!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Popped it on tensior first, that allowed me to use my breaker bar to release tension, which was so much easier. Slipped straight over water pump easy as pie on first go!

As it is described in the how - to. Please read the manual. Or, RTFHT :y And, if there isn't one, it's been discussed here thorougly enough.
