Title: OOF transport services
Post by: hotel21 on 18 November 2011, 18:49:37
Heading southwards towards Southend from up here this coming Tuesday in a Landy if its of use to anyone.  Not sussed a route properly yet so flexible as to east or west coast route but probably the M6 then cut across.

Its train back on the wednesday so unable to do a northbound run.  Sorry....

Not for use of transport services, but I may be able to meet up for a cuppa if you want... Gotta do some marketing anyway ::)

No worries... Will be work dependant for me but would be nice, even if it's only half an hour :y :y

Pity it's not in a couple of weeks time... I might have had need for the courier service ::)

Route dependant, towbar should be OK.   :y

To clarify for the benefit of some who have sent PM's, its a 90 county with fold up rear seats I'm driving.  Not a Luton Transit......   ;)   ;D

Very true, ms Debs...   ;D

On the up side, it is in XS trim so got radio, leccy windows, heated seats and front screen and half leather.  Plus, being a county, can manage to get almost get the seat comfortable enough to drive it for a distance as it does not have the mini bulkhead behind the seats that stops movement in others.

Apparently, its also been chipped and updated transfer box so not so bad on the pickup..... :y

Bet you still have to drive with one hand and hold the driver's side door closed with the other though. :P

you are welcome for a brew stop here, but it's a fair bit out of your way to be fair,    so totally not a serious request....
