Title: Testing 2013.
Post by: albitz on 22 November 2011, 17:50:28
I have a complete Bose setup - 2013 with mono screen, amp, loom ariel, speakers. After carrying out a repair I want to test the HU and screen to make sure all funcions work as they should.Im thinking I can connect all the components to each other and will then just need to supply power ? If so where do I connect the + and - to on the HU and amp ?

You would need to supply power to head unit, display, aerial preamp and amp and make the connections between these items so you'd need the various bits of Omega loom to make up a test harness.

Might as well just install them in an Omega, TBH, unless it's something you need to set yourself up to do on a regular basis. ;)

Might be easier to pay Twiglet a visit and plug it into one of his elites then. ;) ;D
I know I can plug the HU into my CD,but I want to test the whole thing for full functionality.
