Title: Log book loans out of business

I just heard today that the company behind Logbook Loans have lost their license   http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?327813-Logbook-loans-have-lost-their-final-appeal-they-are-officiallly-gone&highlight=OFT+complaint

Cars can no longer be seized without a Court order. This may not help those who have already been done, but looks better for the future.
