Where is the best place to get a utility belt tensioner pully from ?
Any idea of approx price ?
I think mine is squeeling its nuts off under load.
Also noticed that belt is starting to slip on the free wheeling power stearing pump pully with it switched off.
Pump turns ok with the aircon switched on

It might just need repacking with grease. From what I can remember when I did mine, undo nut, take off pulley, remove large metal washer / cover from each side and pack with grease.

Cheers Rod :y
I'll give it a try
I hope this is the problem :-\
I've been trying to track down this whine for weeks now.
I'm half deaf in one ear and everybody who sits in the car says its coming from a different place ::)
Trouble is, you only hear it when the car is accelerating hard.
You can hear break all when its stood still ::)
I ended up takeing the end plate of the diff last week because I thought the noise was back there :-[

Once you've got it off, if it's just dry, as said, prise the plastic covers off each side of the bearing (a pin works well here) and pack with grease.
If the bearing has significant play in it, it's best to replace the pulley.

If its just the bearings that need sorting, remove aux belt, then undo the 15mm nut that holds pulley to tensioner.

To release tension on belt - 15mm socket with bar onto nut on tensioner pully and pull bar towards passenger size.

I done mine the other day as it had play- only a little and didnt make noise but hey, done it anyway for longevity purposes, easy peasy! Used one of them precision flat blade screwdrivers, perfect :) take are not to damage It though, just the right amount of force else it springs back in lol.
...it hasn't fallen off yet so must'a done something right lol
