Title: One of those days

When everything you touch turns to kak.

Work started bad when it turned out the designs for those servers I built last week where all wrong. Got to start again. 'dangle berries'.

So at lunchtime, need to swap Mrs TB's tyres front to back (thin excuse to play with my new gizmo). Said new gizmo turns out to be faulty. 'dangle berries'.

So, go in to make lunch, unwrap my pastie, thats faulty - its in a lot of pieces. 'dangle berries'. Beans on toast then.

Join a conf call, where I get stitched up with a load of site visits to a lot of grim places. 'dangle berries'.

Still, things can only improve...

...so end up on another conf call having to justify why I cannot allocate 20G to a partition when there is only 4G free on the tiny 72G disks. 'dangle berries'.


I have been forewarned about some of the calls I will be on tomorrow, and the pessimist in me knows it going to be a bad day. 'dangle berries'.

Remeniscent of trying to avoid telling the depot manager what DILLIGAF on my baseball cap meant. ;D ;D

Maybe, but I'm sure he didn't look like he did. ;) Especially wearing said baseball cap. ;D
