Title: Help in choosing a monitor please
Post by: waspy on 16 March 2008, 13:48:16
What's the biggest monitor that anyone does?
The reason i ask is- I hardly watch tv (it's crap), but i love to play my 360 which i need a tv for.
Can i get a monitor that's compatible with the 360?
Any thoughts please.

My 360 looks fine on my Samsung 40" TV, connected via VGA (my 360 hasn't got HDMI)

I have plans on selling the TV & buying a mointor to use for the 360, but i don't know if monitors are compatible with the 360.
What's HDMI in simple terms please TB

With the optional 360 VGA lead available from most Xbox suppliers, virtually any VGA monitor should work fine.  Obviously you need a seperate amp and speakers for audio though.
