Good evening all,just a quick one.Where and what price should i be paying for 5lts,of the above.Many thanks Dean :y

it really depends it tends to vary from dealer to dealer and also if you have a tradecard  :y

thats gone up think it was about £10 last time i bought some  :o
but then havent bought any for some time all my migs have had to have cambelts and waterpump doing so price is inclusive of antifreeze  :y

Thanks guys think i will just nip to vauxhall dealers,got 2 on the door step.But i wont be using them for anything else ;D.Dean

in addition to this..... i previously used the stuff bought in petrol stations but will keep on with the gm stuff since daz replaced my coolant/anti freeze.

quick question though......

if i had blue coolant/antifreeze would it then be ok to top up with the red gm stuff? or would i need to drain old first?

I would just like someone to confirm something, I have just bought Vx red anti-freeze, (about £15 with VAT - Trade Club) and then saw this post on another forum:-
"Warning: The "bright orange", silicon-free coolant must no longer be used in vehicles with X 25 DT / Y 25 DT engines."
I just need someone to say it's OK to use in the old BMW 2.5 TD.
I intent draining/flushing of course. I am sure the OOF answer will be accurate.
