Title: Sky - thanks to Tunnie....

for intervening in my sister's Sky Broadband installation.

Within an hour of his intervention action started and the matter was resolved . Turned out someone had entered wrong installation address - not sure if it was Sky or Talk Talk from whom she had switched to Sky.
