A disgraceful example of yet more incompetence and double dealing shown by those elected to serve us - furthermore, the matter appears to have been dealt with in a manner that leaves many questions unanswered  and a reasonable explanation offered.

If they can get lower than a snakes belly, 3000mph sounds doable tbh?  ;)

i somtimes have to issue PCN`S on the retail park i work on... i always take a photo on the works blackberry front and rear with the pcn on the vehicle and to show the offence committed... 8 out of 10 people just dont care or bother to look at the signs we have put up... the best excuse i hear is i need to park close to the gym.... why???? park a little further away its free exercise... or the disableded dont go to the gym this time of day!!!.... or the guy who works in telford and uses our 5 hours free parking(whilst you shop on site) to go to work and get out of paying for his parking.... all of these and many more i hear all day... its not the part of the job i enjoy but its what the landlord wants and its how we protect their property.... so do ya feel lucky punk?? well do ya?? ;)
