Does anyone know where i can purchase a workshop manual for a 2003 Omega 2.6, wether it be in paper form or disc form and not infringing on copy write laws

Hello you mad mince pie muncher.
They only do a haynes for the pre/mini facelift so ebay will be your best bet.

Hiya, plenty of those mincies this year. Cannot get anything off flee bay as they are only for a 32 bit system, i need something that runs on a 64 bit system that does not infringe on copywrite etc :(

Pretty much the only thing available to the public legally is the Haynes manual.

If you're meaning TIS you're not going to get a copy of that without breaching copyright.
It's copyrighted to Vaux/Opel and only available from them to the dealer network.
As an aside many programs can be run in compatibility mode or in virtual XP mode to  get around 32/64 bit problems
