I know its been discussed many, many times, can anyone give me the link on how to get one, i have searched but it keeps saying no subject found, i know its on here somewhere.

Is it open for anyone to apply for and what is the cost of one.

Its the best £20 ive ever spent, well second best, 1st best was in Amsterdam ;D
