Title: Engine light with electric has came on

Just drive to shop and light came on. How do you do test to get the codes.

Battery voltage low
I only got new battery today. Was told it was the right one for the car

You can ignore that code, old one now fixed.  Any other codes?

What do you mean old one now fixed?
The code 4 flashes small gap 8 flashes then big gap and same again

 I think what was meant is that your old battery is responsible for generating the code you read. In other words it is historic.

 With Tech 2 and probably lots of other code readers it is possible to " clear all codes" then see if it comes back. Not sure if this can be done using paper clip/ pedal trick, I have never used either.

After that repeats 3 times, what other codes?
