Hello all.
My 2.6 CDX has a strange fault the N/S Xenon goes out after being on for approx 10 mins of driving and flickers before it goes out. Error message on dash comes up Headlight/Tail light and the little check logo is lit. Turn the engine off and all lights, switch everything back on and on it comes.
Doesn't always do it and i have sprayed the connectors with a moisture dispersant and this seem to help for a while but the fault is back again.
Ballast pack? Xenon filament? Anyone had this? i would appreciate any help i am spanner efficient but don't want to disturb anything yet.
Thanks ;)

any history? bulbs ever been changed?
its a bit unusual..
Id maybe swap bulbs side to side, see if the problem moves,
then the same with ballast if necessary.
That should help pinpoint the issue.

Thanks for the swift reply.
No bulb changes since i have owned it.
Do i have to take the headlights out to get to the ballast packs as the n/s it tight for hand space, I understand that they are underneath the pods. :y

MAKE SURE you follow the headlight removal guide, especially so you don't miss the hidden front screw.
