If you`ve got a standard one fitted, it`s a straight swap

The mount for the automirror with rain sensor is different, pretty sure the others are all the same. :y

Fitted pre facelift direct to my facelift mount with no issues at all.

AFAIK, the only difference is the rain one, as Albs says.

Also, there are (possibly) more than two wires involved as I also have the rain sensor to (possibly)fit as well while Im in there. Depending if I make my mind up that I want it,and if so,find out how to go about wiring it. ;)

You got to watch those wire thingies. I once had a proper mini, and took the boot off to paint the rust bits. I refitted it, but got the numberplate wires the wrong way round. It was OK for a while, but when the paint wore through it kept shorting out the battery, so it wouldn't charge when the lights were on. Took a while to figure that one out........
