Noticed this last year but thought it was a drip from something else but it is back again today.
Ontop of the steering box, directly infront of the 2 heater matrix pipes,is and adjsuter nut with what seems to be an allen/hex drive stud .
It had a slight leakage of what appeared to be thicker than oil..almost like grease...cleaned it off and will keep an eye on this but what could be the cause ?? does this require any maintenance ??? and if so what and how ????

Is the locking nut tight? :-\
(obviously if checking, make sure the Torx in the middle doesn't turn excessively as that's the damping adjuster setting)
...not uncommon to see goo/grease around that nut IME.
Any more than that I think this is one for 2woody on the internals.

Have checked nut and its tight against the metal box,but didn,t dare touch the bit in the middle as assumed it was to set preload or similar.
It looked just like a greasy goo and wiped away with a bit of cloth...but it must have come from somewhere and if its leaking does it need "topping up " ??
