Tyre wear is crazy. Both of my offside tyres, front and rear, have been totally destroyed in 2000 miles!!
Exchanged a few emails with the man in the Know, today - Tony is looking at it next Saturday with a view to a full Geo setup.
Will post results, but I have every confidence he'll get it spot on for me :y

From what I've heard about WIM on here, I'd say that's a cert :y
Good luck, and enjoy the drive home :D

Just out of interest if there is any suspension work that needs doing (wishbone/donut bushes, track rod ends or whatever else causes uneven tyre wear) would this need to be done before geo setup? Doesnt this type of tyre wear indicate you may have some underlying issues? Not teaching you to suck eggs mate, im probably the least knowledgeable guy on the forum, just want to know what to do when mine needs doing.
Did you receive my PM?

The previous wishbones were shot mate... I've changed wishbones, drop links for new items, and checked all other bushes... so it's literally just a case of Geo setup, now :y :)
Oh - PM incoming!

Well, having had a look at them, I've had to bite the bullet - if you're doing a job, might as well do it properly....
.... so I'm going for a brand new set of Tyres on the 17's, supplied and fitted by WIM at the same time as the Geometry...
Is it a sign that I'm getting old, that I'm excited about getting new tyres and alignment done? ;D

No, Its one less drain on your wallet !.
I've spent about £600 on 2 new tyres plus service bits, cambelt kit, plugs, new cam sensor etc in the last week or so. Its the hope that nothing else will break for at least 6 months.
