Hello,
I couldnt help noticing the pump for the rear suspension on the elite was making a wierd noise almost like one of those instruments with beads wrapped round it, it was quite noisy when I turned the car off and left it for about 2/3 minutes (id put petrol in and on the way out from paying for it, made the noise or was it just after i'd started it? hmmmm it actually sounds-thinking about it...like a tube of smarties when you tip them up lol!!
thanks
alex

Don't really know what you mean but it's normal for the pump to activate a short while after ignition is turned on, whether the engine had been started or not. It might've come on after getting petrol due to the extra load. I don't know how much of a drop a full tank of fuel would give though to make the pump come on. Mine sounds just like a domestic tyre air compressor, similar I suppose

lol mine sounds a bit like a tin of ball bearings when its on lol! i think its possibly fubar'd however it does adjust the rear suspension satisfactorily
thanks

They do make a noise, best I can describe is similar to that of a Air Comp. Wheel Nut Tool when its reached it limit, but not as loud.

Think I'd be inclined to leave it then until it does become fubar. It's only on a few seconds at a time. Might be an idea to source one for when it does go. I got one for a tenner

if zirks is like a wheel gun reaching torque limit but quiter then mine is similar to that
thanks
