A white 96 Calibra 2.0 16v. Planning on taking the Mig off the road for a clean up and some mechanical work so have bought this to get around in. Needs a little work for the MOT but shouldnt be anything major and it is totally rust free with mint leather and cost £300 so I may even make a penny or two when it eventually sells. Dont see many of them on the road nowadays but I quite like the styling :D

I like the Calibra's,only let down for me was the bog standard Cavalier dash that they fitted

look at the space in that engine bay, wish the omega was like that ;) but then would make it heavier :(
-
A cracking buy that, quite fancy one myself but with the better engines (redtop, turbo or V6)

Very nice for small money.
I've said this on Opel forums over here that once the wee boys and Poles move onto the next cheap stylish coupe the Calibra in standard unmolested form will be sought after ,just like the Manta .
I have a friend over here who has several unmolested 4x4 and turbo'd versions and they are lovely cars .
Good luck with it.

I likes that & you did well :) I used to have a white Calibra it was the more reliable 8V. So far the longest I've owned a car (6 years)

At first glance, discs and pads all round, handbrake cable and a cv boot with a cursory service as you would, then we shall see when it comes to the MOT, either way it will break for the money but it would be a crime in this case such is the body condition :y
