Title: Rear Wings...!!

My baby is suffering from rust to the rear arches..  My local breakers has another F/L omega in the exact colour to mine,  my question is are the rear Wings on a F/L omega bolt on or are they bonded

i asked this befor aswel, told the only way to get them off is to cut them

Welded in position. A massive job to remove and replace without access to full bodyshop facilities. ;)

 :D Well thats not good...  Gonna have to break out the cutter, grinder and welded  :P.

Good if you're experienced. Wouldn't attempt a first time job on a car that otherwise looks mint  :y

What am thinking is to cut the arches off the scrap miggy, and get my mate to do the same to mine and re-weld...  after all he does own his own bodyshop so he will have all the equipment and experience needed..

     Great idea, and with your arches off, try and apply rust prevention to inside panels as well, can you supply photos of this work, if you can, looking forward  :y
