Please be advised that the forum will be unavailable from 12:15 to 13:00 today to allow us to perform some reconfiguration work.

I havent been on for such a long time, and now you want to do recon work,

Reality is it shouldn't take 45m, but need contingency.  Should just be graceful shutdown, 10m reconfig, bring back up.

The reconfiguration work has been reversed as it caused instability on the server.
