Title: steering stiff

occasionally when trying to turn steering wheel feels like it wont turn as if wheels are stuck against something ,only for a matter of seconds and then its fine any ideas what could be the cause and is it an easy fix.

If at low revs, tired pas pump.

Or dodgy servo tonic relay, should be able to confirm via tech 2

Or possibly top shock mounts, on re reading.

I had similar problem, posted about i there a while ago, there was kind of blind spot when turning and in a certain spot/direction. I changed strut top bearings and wishbones (new lower ball joints) and problem solved  :y

Where is the servotronic relay located do you know?

Some late F/L`s have it up behind cabin fusebox, most are behind passenger kickpanel at the top
