Title: Nearside indicators won't go off!!

Hi all! Have to use my key to lock and unlock my facelift MV6 as remote buttons died which is fine up till yesterday! Unlocked car and instead of hazards flashing when I opened door the nearside indicators froze on!! Tried locking and unlocking, pushing hazard switch...even disconnected battery then reconnected and still they wont go off! Offside ones flash ok using stalk. Friend said it could be a dodgy microprocessor or relay? Any ideas or do I have visit the dreaded main dealer with my open chequebook!!??

You've posted on a thread with exactly the same issues and the solution. He sorted it with the Alarm Indicator Control Relay behind the glove box :y :y

Many thanks!! I see it now. Not too good at this computer stuff but now figured out how to read posts properly!! Will give it a try!

hello and sorry bout bumping this thread up again..anyone know of part number for this and presume you have to take glovebox out to get to it...thanx david

Its a grey coloured relay to the left up and behind the glove box, GM no
90 060 264
