Thanx i will try again tomorrow.  Fingers-crossed.

The donor omega was a 2001 and my victim is a 52-plate.  So should be compatible?  On closer inspection it looks like the large brown wire is black on the seat?

3
Would that be the one you did?  I followed that after posting my question.  but still not working, and now I have a three seater omega.   :'(  :'( I think I've done something wrong, other than ruining a front seat. I'm I suppose to join the wires before they go in the plug or after? :o

Omega Electrical and Audio Help / Electric memory seat conversion.
« on: 11 December 2016, 13:29:39 »
I'm just never satisfied, >:( I changed from cloth manual seats to electric leather which was no problem.  But now I've gone and got some leather memory front seats, so apart from the longer securing bolts that have to get, which I can sort tomorrow.  However the problem I have is the large multi-pin block is missing on the drivers side, but it is on the passengers side?  The passenger seat works fine.  But the drivers seat don't do a thing.  Do I have to pull out all the interior and move the large multi-pin block over to the drivers side or am I missing something?  It is a R.H.D ex-plod car, if that makes any difference.  PLEASE HELP... :'(

Omega Electrical and Audio Help / Electric memory seats.
« on: 03 August 2015, 07:54:19 »
I've just got some electric memory seats from an 'Elite' can I just swap them into my ex-police estate or do I need another loom?  The seats that are fitted have partial electric, up & down with no air-bags, the 'Elite' version have all options with air-bags.  I not bothered about the air-bag option, coz I don't plan on crashing. LOL.

Thanks for all the information, I think I maybe giving the 40mm Kit a miss, even at £255 for front and rear springs and shocks.

7
What issues will I have?

I'm looking to replace my worn and leaking rear load-levelling shocks, but having seen the prices I'm think of replacing the complete suspension with a 40mm lowered spring set, however the kit I'm looking at is non-load levelling, which is fine by me.  But I'm unsure if they will fit?  Any advice will be gratefully received.

Omega General Help / Replacing head-lining.
« on: 06 February 2015, 21:39:30 »
Hi; I have finally managed to get hold of a clean 'n' tidy non-sunroof head lining to De-Cop my wagon.  However the only way I managed to get it out was too animalize the four 1" by 21/2" rectangular clips by the grab handles that hold it up.  How can I remove my-ones without damage or are they a one-fit only item?  If so where can I get replacements?  Thanks.

Nice looking wagon, what is the chances of getting a set of bumpers for one of these?  Original or replica I would me happy with either.

That's what I was hoping, so I may well  be getting the front seats tomorrow.  :y  I live in Cornwall.

Yeh. An Oxfordshire motorway patrol car, Number 38. Hence the 'ELWOOD' reference, coz when I quoted my girls about cop suspension, cop brakes, cop engine, they both called it Elwood.

If the Elite is still at work?  I have been off for a few days, what would I need to upgrade to electric memory & heated seats?

Thanks for the offer 'Omegod' hopefully I will be in time for the parts.
