Omega General Help / Re: Rear Shocks: GM vs B4's vs Meyle

for the info: my omega has BOGE-SACHS with GM sign on them, i think this is the original.

Hello again! i cleaned injection circuit with  Wynn's diesel purge- very very smooth engine work, nice acceleration. no more ugly noise when is cold, cleaned the tank- no much dirt but the problem apears again, my friends from Club Opel told me is little chances to be the 4 wires from the 2 sensors mounted on injection pump to short them to ground from here missing error code, i will buy a filter cartdridge with manual pump ( to eliminate air from injection circuit when i will make some repairs ) and take a look to those wires...

3
this is the common behaivor on this type of pumps ? when they fail.. ? drives normally no more shocks but still little rpm fluctuation, i will wash the rezervoir and all diesel circuit htese days...

Hello mates ! the last week it was a nightmare for me... my omega y22dth have a unusual engine working : this morning i.ve start the engine work fine until the engine heats up 80 gr.C then engine stops with no sign, no error code, then he starts normally drive normally until he thinks it's momment to stop.. is not constant behaivor... i.ve cheked fuses, egr, vacuum hoses, i was change the fuel filter...
nothing change until now... rarely behaivor but still problems, i think the wires from injection pump are in short from engine vibrations somewhare... this is most plausible situation...

ok... after replaced everything from heater system and a long way thru urban conditions my omega is hot again ! but still not working recirculation ! i don.t know what and where to check...

7
the sensor is up to acceleration pedal and she has blue conector with 5 wires.

after a change the heater matrix is hot but not like 3-4 years ago... i checked- electric valves ( y14 & y35) i replaced the ecc with another second hand and no change, the vacuum rezervoir it's ok, vacuum hoses ok, one way valve from vacuum rezervoir it's ok but the recirculation flap is still no moving but when i make vacuum with mouth he moves and close the flap and keep  the vacuum... maybe it's ground wire from ecc broken... what shell i check ? i have small child ( 1,8 years) and is hard to take him with me...

9
after a few checks electric valves, vacuum hoses and wires from them tis200 told me the ecc is defective( when i push the air recirculation button  the ecc displays sign but no command to electric valves and the same situation with hbv-this i've replaced yesterday a little provness)

10
Hello ! i/ve checked the electric valves and a found they are ok... ( maybe i was drunk...  :o ) i will change the hbv because is leaking and a observe the ecc its not give signal to y35 electric valve when i pressed the recirculation button maybe is from hbv... i will find in 1-2 days.

Omega General Help / Re: how to replace fuel filter 2.2dti
« on: 07 January 2015, 09:28:25 »
If the car wont start you may pull with another because his dristribution is on chain ( good thing- no risc) and his has no lift pump, just injection pump and for this reason it may possible to not start.

The code means that the wires from senzor located inside the pump is in short his wires from heat. the sensor is responsible with quantity fuel to be equal with pedal acceleration.
