Hi,
The bonnet catch spring on my MV6 has a huge groove as have as has the holder in it so I have to get someone to push the bonnet down so I can get it open.
After a replacement.

Just to help,
as a rough guide, with thumbs on the shoulder, anywhere inbetween is fine for a cold volcanise plug,
shoulder and side wall require a hot volcanise by law but are legal to be done.

hello,
As above really, need whole car as i would like to transplant engine into a carlton and convert it to a manual at the same time.
Would like to carry over the cruise, tc, dbw throttle, ect.
Haynes only seems to cover up to '99
Any help on where to source it would be much appreciated.
