Phew!  Have I missed the point, or is this an argument fired by the possibility of saving £30 a year?  Surely not - that's 58p a week!  Many people would have spent more on the electricity to run there computers just to read this stuff!  ;)

Fair points made on both sides, but please, keep it real.

Hi,

I've used Trafficmaster for years, 1st in my Calibra with a standalone unit called Freeway, and then on my last Megga and now this one.  I reckon it's really worth having - saved me hours of traffic holdups!  But then I do about 20k miles a year.

Have PM'd Dave too  :)

What's the cover like down this part of the world?  I have always assumed outside the M25 car park 'twas useless
It covers motorways and main (trunk) roads like A31, A3 etc.

Many thanks Marks etc.,

This is good news; I'll get a new oil cooler and fit it.

Thanks again all.

Thanks.

Earlier I connected the oil cooler to a bike pump, having blocked the other hole, and put it in a bucket of water.  I couldn't find any sign of a leak with the pump pushed as hard as I could.

Does this mean it's not the oil cooler that is at fault?  Could it be a head gasket?  If so, how much work is involved in doing those as I've got this far?

Hi,
Does anyone know how to test a V6 oil cooler?  I have oil in the water tank and have taken the oil cooler out but would like to test it before splashing out on a replacement.  Any help appreciated.
