Hi all thanks for the replys got a welding job done on the exp tank, so far all good,will still try too get a new one anyway for a spare, Cheers. :y

Thank you for the replys,its the square shaped one.outlet on bottom right two inlets or outlet?top rh corner,and has a sensor cap with a small float on it.i am using a loan one at moment off a Senator B, the GM number on them is 90 325 543 it made wonder if another GM bottle would do if all inlets outlets, and cap fitting were the same roughly,i could make it fit,dont know how critical it is too have the correct one.?Thanks.

Sorry should have asked if its vital to have the orginal,? or can one from an Astra etc, as long as it has the correct inlets outlets etc.

Hi All.
developed a split in the coolant expansion tank on my omega a 12 valve,need to get a new one,but cant find one any where,seems too be every make except omega.getting it welded but may not be successful so would like a new one as a spare, Got one on loan off Senator B  its the same.etc.Any one know where i can get one from? any help appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks for that wether the owner would do that remains to be seen as he is selling as is,and the car is 4hrs away in Christchurch,makes it difficult, was tryingto get info as to wether easy fix and take car as it is and hopefully not a big expense :-\ :-\

the owner took the car to holden and they gave the code as 00075,as in the list says torque control circuit short circuit to battery voltage what ever that means, easyor expensive fix, a diy or sparky?is it external or internal? Cheers.

hI looking at buying a 2001 2.5v6 Omega,nice car,but auto goes into limp mode, 95%of the time the car is fine says the owner,but drops into 3rd gear he says its lowvoltage torque control?is that a solenoid or sensor?car is as is so is it a cheap or expensive fix internal of external?auto serviced at 95000km and now done 146000km,any help or comments would be appreiated. Thanks Lindsay.
