Hi

Poor starting when cold, runs a little lumpy, however kick the throttle down and she  picks up through the gears, but starts when warm..

A chap at work said change the throttle body

What ya think

Ok Guys,

Heres one, the other day, my 2.2cdx battery was flat so jump started, with a power pack.

Now, everything works but there is no power to the Radio. I have checked the fuese in under the dash all seem ok...

is there any fueses anywhere else or is the radio shagged..

Hi Guys,

Been having a little problem    with the old omega 2.2 auto petrol estate.

I have had the engine management light come on and stay on, then after two or three engine off and ons after say 20 miles or so it goes out,

Also, some times the light with a car and a spanner across it lights up too, and then goes out if i retart the car...

The battery on the motor, ant the best, ... so the questions are:

1. would the battery that is not 100% contribute to this fault, cuz the lights only activate on start up
2. if not the battery what are the possible causes of these problems, and is it serious.

any of you chaps any ideas

Hi Mr Jude,

I am new to the Omega, and my vehicle has loads of problems, and one of them was the Cam Cover Gasket.

i had never attempeted anything like this, and following the guides on OOF i accomplished easy. however, after replacing the gasket, my coil pack started to give me problems to, and i had to get a new one, well to tell the truth i got a second hand one for £35 and it works a treat, and yet my sparking plug holes are oil free

Hi Guys,

My Omega 2.2 cdx auto estate, jolts when it comes to a stop, and this happens no matter softly i bring her to a standstil.

I have had the wheels off checked the brakes all is as it should be 

Anyone any ideas of what it is and how to correct it....

yes they are all the same length, that pass through washers, that when you tighten the bolt, the washers compress and creats a seal and the washers hold the pump in position

I am looking for a set of Roof Bars to fit my 2001 Omega Estate, i have roof bars, which are MontBlanc but do not have the correct fixing clamps which are MontBlanc CLASSIC CRB1-CRB2.

Nevertheless, if anyone as a set that are willing to post to me in Beds i would be greatfull or pick up if not tooooooo far away
