you can find the switch on youre upper right corner of the radiator when you ar standing in front of the car. it has a 3 pin conector if i rember right.

Got some progress to day.
I know that the wiering is ok,we tryed a "My Naff Code Reader" and that came into the CID.But there was no posibility to change or upload anything.
So now im whondering way I cant get in with my tech2.

Hmm what is IIRC,where do I find that?can`t hurt to take a lookI found something that was called twin audio controll,but that was locked or something,couldent do anything with thatTwin Audio is a different feature (seperate system for front and back),but did enabled some other stuff

Have a Combo C 06 with cd30mp3 HU,whant to add buttons on the wheel.
Got the wheel with buttons and squib,but dosn`t work.Do i miss a part,or is the rest done in the HU or tech2?
If someone know pleas add a "howe to do it"

Howe I use my tech2.¨'
1. press power
2.select diagnos
3.select year (2001)
4.select model(have tested Astra G,Vectra B,Omega B.)
On Omega B I dont have the ncdr,only ncdc and ccrt i think)
5.select infotainment
6.select ncdr and cdc they work.
7.select GID or CID no comunication with the car.....if i chose 1998 and MID it pops right up.(with MID of course)

nope that didn`t work.
according to my wiereschmatic for a facelift,Diagnostic is on pin8 - pin14(tid,mid,gid and cid)
Do anyone have a wiere schematic from a 10pol to a 20pol?
from CID pin 8 or 9 goes to pin17 in my 10pol.but from there its empty into my 20pol,anyone knows if this should be like that or do i miss this wiere?

yes i saw that in another thred,my MID is on pin8,should a direct wiere from CID pin14 to pin6 on diagnostic do the trick?
