Omega General Help / help

hi everyone i need some help please...i have got problems....
firstly  the heater is not working it just blows out cold air.....
secondly   how do i replace bulbs  behind the dashboard...
thirdly..im having problems with the head lights ..are they sealed units as the reflicter has moved an inch away from the glass..can they be refitted..
   do anyone know anybody in the worcester area that can help.....

hi there my name is rose  i live in worcester with my partner baz ... i share the car with my partner ..well its his really but i like driving it.... its a omega elite its fully loaded, its got black leather seats its got everything you want from a car...ive got an astra convertable but its not as posh as a omega
