Omega General Help / Replacement Engine

I'm nbew to this forum so please could anyone advize me where to post a topic on finding an engine for my Omega 2. ltr automatic because my cam pully broke and messed up my engine but not too sure what damage was caused to the pistons, but "the valve gear is damaged". 
The car is my pride and joy so I don't want to scrap it if it's possible to get an engine to slot in place. I'm in Swinton Manchester if anyone has a spare engine in good working order.
