Omega General Help / speedo no worky

hello newbie here have just aquired a 2.5 v6 estate it had a speedo problem so i bought a replacement from a very nice chap on e bay fitted it today but to no avail it still won't move any ideas please many  thanks in anticipation

hello every body finally worked out how to say hello its not that i am stupid or anything but computers do nt like me anyways just aquired a 2.5 v6 estate and encountered a prob with speedo bought a replacement off e bay from really nice bloke fitted it but still no worky any ideas ?  many thanks

me again tried the advice of yesterday with regards to the plugs by the battery after a few f's got them out but still no difference but many thanks for the tip. if anybody has any advice for this newbie it would be gratefully accepted

hello folks update on speedo checked fuses as suggested all ok even the ones under bonnet next to the brain but still to no avail any thing else to check? kick,thump,make love to i'll do anything to make it work many thanks for all and any advice
