General Car Chat / Re: Oil Leak at Exhaust Manifold Studs

Cheers lads
I have now removed the Exhaust manifold after talking with the guy who supplied the engine,Just wanted to check it wouldn't go against returning it if necessary.
Looks like and have my fingers crossed,that possibly has been R/C gasket leak and oil holding up in shim type manifold gasket ,also found a blind hole about half inch diameter by half inch deep behind the gasket that looks like it also has been filled with the leaking oil, which has been weeping along stud threads when the manifold heats up.
