http://www.rydertowing.co.uk/downloads/info/cardata.pdf page 512 for omega but all cars covered on here

6
it was a switched live i needed no draw just for the relay to sense charge etc, proffesional towbar fitters use this wire so i guess its safe enough

7
fitted my towbar this week to omega saloon, did all wires off plug in boot but needed a switched live, did some searching on here nothing found, so rather than running wire the length of car
searched the net for 30 mins and found a good site with wiring for all cars,

said theres 2 plugs under rear nearside seat BOOM switched live, constant live all sorts of feeds for all sorts of wiring needs

just thought id share as its helpfull info

Omega General Help / few faults, any advice ?
« on: 17 January 2015, 10:12:41 »
had my omega 3 months now , its a 2.2 on a 52 plate with 49,000 on clock, got a few niggly faults just need a few suggestions where to start looking,
1, boot opens off the remote but not on the switch on dash, fuse? switch? any way to test to find fault,

2, it runs great but seems a bit flat to me, need to tow my caravan soon so going to investigate, seems like its missing/pinking when rev it on low revs, and when pull away in 1st gear seems flat then kicks in all of a sudden, making it jerky to drive, iv cleaned egr , im thinking MAP sensor as ive read this is linked to timming i.e advance/retard ? any ideas where this is ?
