First to correct Fuse number above. I stated it was F27 when it was actually F29. So I do not know what else besides the front map reading lights this fuse controls.
So if doors closed (no central courtesy light on), ignition on and the two map reading lights are not working on a 2.6 then chances are no radiator fans working either.

Back to my problem. XP1 still does not start the fans. After testing the relay K26 I replaced and grounded under the relay on pin 6. This is the same as grounding XP1. All fans came on slow running.  So it appears that my problem is where XP1 cable joins the relay cable and probably the radiator sensor, and possibly the radiator sensor is faulty as well. Just need to get to the sensor and try grounding from that location.

I have found that F27 10A Fuse was blown. This is designated in other posts as 20A and for Auto Level Control and Rear Accessory socket. This fixed power to relays and interior map reading lights.
Now power back on relays so can test. Will update with results of testing.

Fans only cut in when over 95C. (only 2 run). Used the old postings to try and identify the issue and have accidentally made matters worse. :(

old postings used:

http://oldsite.omegaowners.com//forum/YaBB.pl?num=1176542235  (possible error in this posing: [Shorting the Fan test connector pin FT5 (Haynes XP1 Pg 12.47 line 754)] should read XP5 not XP1, in two places)

1. checked the test socket in engine compartment and did have +12V on FT3  only when ign on.
2. ground to FT2 (Haynes XP2) 2 fans started up. so potentially one fan motor problem.

Then I believe I shorted to FT3. Now no fans. No +12V on FT3. get +1.7V when ign is on so a back feed somewhere.

Can not locate wiring diagrams for my model/engine Y26SE but does appear to comply with  X25XE/X30XE. Fuses and Engine Fuse/relay box and has 3 fans.

As has been mentioned in other posts wiring and fuses do not exactly match the diagrams.
All show that the main control fuse for the relays and test point FT3 come from F15 in the car. If this fails then glove box, courtesy lights, cruise control and other circuits fail. Well F15 is intact and when removed it shuts down the information display and nothing else that I can find.

The only other item I can identify that does not work is the front personal map reading lights (Haynes track 452) which supposedly come from F15 as well.

I need to find if another fuse has failed (are there any more fuses besides foot well and engine) and if not could it be a relay or connector. All help appreciated.
