The engine has a stand alone loom that inlcudes all the sensors and wiring to the ECU etc.ok large multiplug on it that connects to the body loom is this inside car-left side ?
This can be removed with the engine and you have a large multiplug on it that connects to the body loom plus a live feed and only one or two other bits.....

but i also now that the engine ecu is not wired like the 2,2.Some of them have to change place In theory its dead easy as the engine loom to body loom connector by the battery is a standard item/pin out and engine independent.
There will however be the need to sort out immobiliser coding and re-programming of some ecu's within th body/chassis to support teh replacement lump.....and then there is the issue of the 2.2 using a different ABS lump.

Maybe suspension will need upgradeing as well & front disc's and calipers aswell

gona have to agree with albatross im afraid bud :-? :-?Have a friend who is specialist in ecu and programming so i have not give it up and the original keys and engine code i get so we shall see
Maybe but the car is already in parts and bye a car from Germany 3,2l and change parts or bye a car and use you think i shall do ?Quote.... "pushing warm $hit uphill with a sharp stick" ....

Got to be honest, its probably easier and cheaper to buy a 3.2 car...
not sold many of them here...i can get all parts i need from seller in Germany----What i need to be sure it works ?? :question

but abs ecu ? where is that part ?

ABS ecu is bolted to ABS unit.

ecu and a new wiring loom and the heater matrix is different you will also need a r28 transmission box and possibly a different final drive unitDo i really need wiring loom ? i get a ar35 so that is ok.and the most of the cooling i maybe change ??
