I took the battery out of ours
Hope you have a carbon monoxide detector.
....it won't STOP there
Anyone else feel that the war will grind on and on until Russia gets Ukraine and Europe absorbs the displaced Ukrainians?
I'm too LAZY do drive to the arse end of nowhere to re-educate him RaeHey chops! Watch it. Do you want a visit from me and Dai, He’s back now you know🥊🥊🚑🚑
British builders, backbone of the country.
How to become a builder?
F*uck about at school and leave with no qualifications. Then buy a knackered flatbed and you suddenly become an expert in roofing, guttering, tree cutting, drains, fencing, driveway cleaning and laying.

...Disgusting
the old bill ain't interested. They said they know who the culprits are, but chances of a successful conviction are low, so they just give out a crime number.

I doubt they would "fear" being caught by the police
The only thing that will deter them is the fear of being caught. That's not gonna happen, is it?
Some scrotes have done mum's place over again, and nicked her safe. Sod all of value in there, but it's gonna be at least £2k for a new front door, and then the emotional costs.
I suspect the old bill will muster up enough enthusiasm to give her a crime number.
The police really need to get a better handle on this shit. Sat with thumbs up arses only encourages it to happen more.

My second wife was Lorraine. I used to constantly sing 'I can see clearly now Lorraine has gone'. She wasn't amused, miserable cow.

Yes, it makes sense. I've had to educate my family with regards to my advancing years and learn to say no. They get used to it, eventually.
Ive started down that road myself. It aint easy, but has to be done. Cant be the family brick forever and ever.indeed ,i'm too accommodating and take too much on and need to say no

I think a lot of kids assume that Mum and Dad are a permanent fixture and always there, then all of a sudden, they aren't. SWMBO had a minor stroke just over a week ago and that made them sit up. Luckily she got away quite lightly but has weakness on her left side which seems to be slowly improving. Early days though.Hope things improve and it's a speedy recovery

Who's going to cook the turkey
Welcome back Dave, hope things go well for you.

Hope you're 'lot going on' wasn't anything serios.
