Thanks to everyone for the advice, I found the step by step guide and it seems pretty straightforward. I will have to buy a torque wrench and check out the parts required.

Just following the tech help on changing spark plugs. All going perfectly until I removed the coil pack. Three of the coil wells are dripping with oil. I am thinking this is a bad thing. 2001 2.2 engine.
