Hello mate as with alot of thinks that are new, your tyres will need a good few 100 miles on them to bed in, settle down to your car and driving style, this in my experiance is a commen problem, stick it out and drive steady and all should be fine.

Hello mate,
I have used TOYO tyres for about 6 years and never had 1 problem ever !! i currently have the new F4 series on my Cupra R and as with all TOYO tyres they are fantastic,
Great dry / wet grip
Low road noise
Comfortable ride
Good last ability.
Not to pricey either.

TBH mate i have always heard that if you wait 20 - 30 mins before checking your oil the level should be there abouts.... hope this helps
