Omega General Help / Steering wheel noise

I have a squeak coming from behind my steering wheel the quicker the movement the higher the sound. I removed the covers and tried spray lub but have not been successful in stopping the noise.

My washer is blocking up with gunge in the bottom of the water tank any advise on how to remove this would be welcomed. 02 2.2 auto

The boot release button on the dash will not work is there a fuse listed for this. 2002 2.2 cd
