VERY IMPORTANT
While they are off check the exhaust gaskets well as this is your best chance to replace them
and i want it back 
so i'm going to make sure the VX is not going to break again for while

what makes you think the head gaskets are gone?
don't know about the torque settings for head bolts but if you have a flick through the maintenance section i'm sure you'll find all you need to know in there.
but really ... started by changing the HBV / oil cooler & plate but still leaked , after pressure testing could see a "Squirt" from the rear of the n/s head just below ignition module plate, Both heads were then removed (lovely job [smiley=lolk.gif]) i have to admit though i was quite suprised by the amount of "rot" in the gasketsLots of torque settings here ...any mising ones yell out and I'll look in the Haynes book, assuming a 2.5 V6 here of course ....
