« on: 16 March 2008, 04:17:51 »
hello, my name's rockabelly and a good friend of mine is a regular on this forum. big fra is a ford nut but im a vauxhall nut so when he bought an omega i swore sum day i wud take it from him, at last the oppertunity arose, my laguna's drive shaft popped out friday night and in order to get to work i needed transport, frazer to the rescue, he tells me to take his car home and he and a friend wud try fix my car the next day, i hope he enjoys the laguna, for it is now his only wheels! mwah hahaha   :y
if i do decide to return said miggy, then i shall be in the market for a 2.0 of gls spec or above, hopefully with mot and below £500, just need to dispose of the frog first!  :D

General Car Chat / pug 306 wont start
« on: 27 August 2009, 02:25:30 »
i'm not currently an omega owner, lost my beloved CDX last year to a focus driver (of all things to hit me) and not been in a position to replace it.
i do now have a pug 306 sedan 1.9 TD and i'm havin probs starting it. turns over for a while till it drains the battery but refuses to start. will always bump start though.
any ideas as to the problem?
one suggestion by big-fra is a pin hole in fuel hose drawing in air instead of diesel. i dont know enough to say.

wish i could buddy so thanks, but until the insurance is sorted i wont be getting anything. i did keep my taxi receipts though and sent them off to the solicitor workin on my behalf so wish me luck

after months of being told my user name was wrong and not being able to get in at all suddenly it worked. so yipee.

except no, so much has happened since i was last on!

a woman in, i'm sorry to say, a ford focus, drove out of a carpark without looking, and wrote off my miggy, managed to have a alfa 159 for a few weeks but thats gone back so public transport till she admits it!

even worse is i dont think i'll be miggying up straight away, i'll be needin something cheaper cos i went back to college.

thinkin a CBT and a wee 125 and have a side pot as a miggy fund!

hopefully the insurance will work out soon, and if so i'll be on the search so if anyone knows of any good uns on the go let me know

« on: 29 May 2008, 03:06:18 »
is this miggy cup holders being discussed, cos i wasnt aware there was such a thing lol
i'm always pressing buttons on my car and folk go wow (digital air con and the auto closing windows/sunroof are favs, but the leccy rear sun visor gets the best applause) but i never have anywhere to put my juice, tried the armrest console, but one spilt and its not big enough for a can of rockstar (big_fra will agree with that) and iv put a mini frodge in the boot but its hardly convienent when thirsty on the motorway. let me know where you got it from and i'll try purchase one myself, solve the old prob,

goodness me that was quite a rant lol

The wife

The wife came home early and found her husband in their bedroom making love to a very attractive young woman and was somewhat upset -- "You are a disrespectful pig!" she cried. "How dare you do this to me -- a faithful wife, the mother of your children! I'm leaving you. I want a divorce straight away!"
And the husband replied "Hang on just a minute Love, so at least I can tell you what happened."
"Fine, go ahead," she sobbed, "but they'll be the last words you'll ever say to me!!

And the husband began --

"Well, I was getting into the car to drive home and this young lady here asked me for a lift. She looked so down and out and defenseless that I took pity on her and let her into the car. I noticed that she
was thin, poorly dressed and very dirty. She told me that she hadn't eaten for three days ! So, in my compassion, I brought her home and warmed up the enchiladas I made for you last night - the ones you wouldn't eat because you're afraid you'll put on weight. The poor thing devoured them in moments. Since she needed a good clean up I suggested a shower, and while she was doing that I noticed her clothes were dirty and full of holes, so I threw them away. Then, as she needed clothes, I gave her the designer jeans that you have had for a few years, But don't use because you say they are too tight. I also gave her the underwear that was your Anniversary present, which you don't use because I don't have good taste. I went and found the sexy blouse my sister gave you for Christmas - the one that you don't wear just to annoy her, and I also donated those boots you bought at that expensive shoe boutique and don't use because someone at work has a pair the same." The husband took a quick breath and continued - "She was so grateful for my understanding and help and as I walked her to
the door she turned to me with tears in her eyes and said, "Please, do you have anything else that your wife doesn't use?"   ;D

Cross hatch grille,
Anything else I dont know.

What is the general opinion?

Comments are appreciated.
