i have removed my cr800, and replaced it with a sony bt 5000 which is bluetooth , and connects to my my mobile.
i have kept the bose system in place, my local ice man fitted this for me, (he is a good friend ) .
there is a special block you can get from autoleads, that alows the new unit to work with  the bose  system.
also had stalk adaptor fitted, allowing steering wheel controls to work.
the system sounds really good, with no problems, if you want my mates number , pm  me,
best to update your profile with what you drive and where you live, easier for members to help you.

Just waitin to hear if he wants his details on the oof.

He cuts out a carboard ring, same size as the holder, makes a circle of LEDs', he then joins them together and sticks them on the cardboard.

Then all you do, is to take the sunroof console apart, remove the plastic bits that are already in there, and put the replacement blue LEDs in.

You have two options, depending on how you wire it up, you can have the LEDs on permanently or only when your lights are on.
